TOSS Announces Exam Schedule for SSC and Intermediate 2026
The Telangana Open School Society (TOSS) has officially released the examination timetable for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Intermediate board examinations scheduled for April-May 2026. Students appearing for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations can now access the complete schedule on the official TOSS website.
Exam Dates and Duration
According to the newly released schedule, both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations will be conducted from April 20 to April 27, 2026. The theory examinations will be held in offline pen-and-paper mode at designated examination centers across the state. Following the written tests, practical examinations are scheduled to take place between April 28 and May 5, 2026.
Two Shifts for Written Examinations
The board has organized the examinations into two daily shifts to accommodate all subjects efficiently. The morning shift will run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the afternoon shift is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. This arrangement allows students to appear for multiple subjects without scheduling conflicts.
First Day Subject Schedule
On the opening day of examinations, April 20, 2026, Class 10 students will take language papers in the morning shift, including Telugu, Tamil, and Odia. The afternoon shift will feature Psychology, Marathi, and Kannada papers.
For Class 12 students, the first day begins with Telugu, Urdu, and Hindi examinations in the morning session, followed by Arabic in the afternoon session.
