Those who have successfully cleared the examination will be eligible to receive their Certificate of Practice. This important document must be collected in physical form from the respective State Bar Councils. The certificate serves as the official authorization that permits qualified individuals to practice law in India.
Examination Details and Evaluation Pattern
The examination was conducted on 30 November 2025 across 399 test centers nationwide. The test session ran from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, providing candidates with a three-hour window to complete their papers. The evaluation methodology awarded one mark for every correct response, while no negative marking was applied for incorrect answers, allowing candidates to attempt all questions without penalty concerns.
The final results were prepared based on the finalized answer key. Prior to this, candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections against the provisional answer key until 10 December 2025. After carefully reviewing all submitted objections, the Bar Council decided to remove five questions from each question set before releasing the final answer key that served as the basis for result preparation.
