Bihar Board Inter Results 2026: Announcement Scheduled for Today
The long wait for Bihar Board Class 12 students is finally coming to an end. According to the latest updates, the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will release the Intermediate (Class 12) results today, March 23, at 1:30 PM. The official announcement was made by the board’s chairman, Anand Kishore, who confirmed that Bihar’s Education Minister, Sunil Kumar, will unveil the results during a formal event. Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Dr. B. Rajender, will also be present on the occasion.
Students who appeared for the Intermediate examinations can check their scores through the board’s official websites once the results are declared. The results will be accessible using the student’s roll number and other required credentials.
Massive Participation in BSEB Examinations 2026
This year, the Bihar Board conducted examinations for both Class 10 and Class 12 for a combined total of more than 28.30 lakh students. The scale of these examinations reflects the board’s extensive reach across the state.
- Class 10 (Matric) examinations: 15,12,687 registered students
- Class 12 (Intermediate) examinations: 13,17,846 registered students
BSEB Class 12 Examination Schedule and Centers
The Bihar Board Class 12 examinations were conducted from February 2 to February 13, 2026, across 1,762 examination centers. The exams were held in two shifts each day to accommodate the large number of candidates.
- Morning shift: 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM
- Evening shift: 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM
With the results now being announced, students will soon be able to check their performance and plan their next academic steps.
Bihar Board Matric Examination Details
For the Class 10 examinations, the Bihar Board conducted tests from February 17 to February 25, 2026, at 1,699 centers across the state. Similar to the Intermediate exams, the Matric examinations were also organized in two shifts:
- First shift: 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM
- Second shift: 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM
The Class 10 results are expected to be announced in the first week of April 2026. Students are advised to keep checking the official board website for updates regarding the Matric results.
