HP PAT and LEET 2026: Application Window Now Open
The Himachal Pradesh Technical Education Board, based in Dharamshala, has officially opened the online application portal for two key entrance examinations: the HP Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT) and the Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) for the 2026 academic session. HP Polytechnic Admission Test (PAT)
The HP PAT is designed for students who have completed their Class 10 education and wish to pursue diploma courses in fields such as engineering and pharmacy. Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET)

Application Fee and Deadlines
The application fee structure has been set as follows:
- General category candidates: ₹750
- SC/ST/OBC category candidates: ₹500
It is important to note the submission deadlines: the last date to apply for HP PAT is May 5, 2026, while applications for HP LEET will be accepted until May 6, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete their applications well ahead of these dates to avoid any last-minute technical issues or server congestion on the official portal.
