Uttarakhand Board Announces Class 10 and 12 Results for April 25
The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has officially confirmed the date and time for releasing the Class 10 and Class 12 examination results. Students across the state will receive their outcomes on April 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This announcement brings an end to the anxious waiting period for thousands of young learners who appeared for the board examinations earlier this year.
Over 2.16 Lakh Students Await Their Scores
The board examinations were conducted across 1,261 designated centers throughout Uttarakhand. More than two lakh candidates registered for the tests, demonstrating the scale and importance of these annual assessments.
For the High School (Class 10) examinations, a total of 112,679 students participated. This figure includes 110,573 institutional candidates and 2,106 private or individual applicants. Meanwhile, the Intermediate (Class 12) examinations saw 103,442 test-takers, comprising 99,345 institutional students and 4,097 private candidates.
The Class 10 exams took place between February 23 and March 20, 2026, while the Class 12 exams were conducted slightly earlier, running from February 21 to March 20, 2026.
Examining the Five-Year Result Announcement Pattern
A review of previous years reveals that the board has been consistently releasing results earlier each year. This trend reflects improved evaluation processes and streamlined administrative procedures. The following timeline illustrates the result announcement dates for the past five years:

In the most recent cycle, results were declared on April 19 at 11:00 AM. The previous year’s toppers included Jatin Joshi and Kamal Chauhan for Class 10, while Anushka Rana secured the top position in Class 12. Notably, female students outperformed their male counterparts in both examinations.
Important Details Regarding Marksheets
Following the official result announcement, students will be able to access and download their provisional marksheets online. These digital copies serve as immediate proof of performance and can be used for provisional purposes such as college admissions or further applications.
However, it is essential to understand that the original marksheets will not be distributed online. Candidates must collect their official documents from their respective schools a few days after the results are published. Schools will receive the physical copies from the board and manage the distribution process.
