Official WhatsApp Number Announced
The NTA has confirmed that all official WhatsApp communications will originate exclusively from its verified account, +91 7827980287. Candidates are strongly advised to verify the blue verification tick and the display name “National Testing Agency” before trusting any message. The agency has explicitly warned that any message lacking the official blue verification badge should not be considered authentic, even if it appears to carry the NTA name.
It is important to note that the NTA’s WhatsApp channel operates as a broadcast service only. This means candidates will receive messages but will not be able to reply to them. The one-way communication model is intended to prevent misinformation and ensure that only official announcements reach candidates.
Warning Against Fraudulent Messages and Online Scams

In a significant update, the NTA has released new admit cards for the re-examination scheduled on 21 June 2026. The previously issued admit cards from the 3 May examination are no longer valid and cannot be used for the upcoming test.
