AIIMS INI CET January 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Released
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has officially released the Round 2 seat allotment results for the INI CET January 2026 counselling process. Candidates who participated in this round can now check the institution and speciality they have been assigned.
The allotment list has been published in PDF format on the official AIIMS examination portal. Applicants are advised to visit the designated website to access and download the document using their login credentials.
Mandatory Reporting for Allotted Candidates
All candidates who have received a seat in Round 2 must report to their allocated institution without delay. The final date for reporting is 15 January 2026. According to the official guidelines issued by AIIMS, the following steps are required:
- Candidates who selected Option A must formally accept the allotted seat.
- Submission of all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies is compulsory.
- Alternatively, candidates may submit a Demand Draft of up to ₹3 lakh, drawn in favour of “AIIMS Main Grant Account”, payable at State Bank of India, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi.
Important Notice for PWBD Candidates
Candidates belonging to the Benchmark Disability (PWBD) category who have been allotted a new or upgraded seat must appear for disability verification. A medical board will examine the disability certificate during this process. The verification is scheduled as follows:

- Venue: AIIMS, New Delhi
Candidates Excluded from Round 2 Allotment
AIIMS has clarified that the following categories of candidates were not considered for the Round 2 seat allocation list:
- Applicants who did not participate in the Round 1 counselling process.
- Those who were allotted a seat in Round 1 but failed to select any option by 24 December 2025.
- Candidates who did not complete the mandatory formalities after the first round.
However, the institute has confirmed that candidates who participated in Round 2 but did not receive a seat will remain automatically eligible for subsequent rounds, including the open round.
Required Documents for Reporting
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must carry the following documents when reporting to their assigned institution:
- Offer letter
- Seat allotment slip
- Final registration slip
- INI CET admit card
- Mark sheets for the first, second, and third years of MBBS or BDS
- MBBS or BDS degree certificate
- Internship completion certificate (must be completed before 31 January 2026)
- Registration certificate from MCI/ DCI or the respective state medical or dental council
- Date of birth proof (Class 10 or Class 12 certificate, or birth certificate)
- Caste certificate, if applicable

- Download the PDF and keep a copy for future reference.
Candidates are strongly advised to complete the reporting formalities well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute complications.
