Amazon India has officially announced the dates for its milestone tenth Prime Day, set to run for a full 72 hours from midnight on July 4 through 11:59 PM on July 6. This exclusive sale is open only to Prime members, who will gain access to thousands of deals, new product launches, and entertainment features.
Prime Membership Prices Slashed Before the Sale
To mark this historic edition, Amazon has introduced significant price cuts on its Prime membership plans for a limited time. The annual Prime plan, originally priced at ₹1,499, is now available for just ₹999. The budget-friendly Prime Lite plan drops from ₹799 to ₹599 per year, while the Prime Shopping Edition is now offered at ₹299 instead of the usual ₹399. These reduced rates make it easier for shoppers to unlock exclusive sale benefits.
Over 500 New Products and Gadgets to Launch
This year’s Prime Day will feature more than 500 new product launches from over 100 domestic and international brands. Tech enthusiasts can look forward to fresh devices and offers from industry leaders such as Samsung, OnePlus, iQOO, Redmi, HP, ASUS, Lenovo, and boAt. Amazon’s own lineup of smart devices—including Echo speakers, smart displays, and Fire TV—will also carry attractive discounts. Shoppers can use voice commands with Alexa to add items directly to their cart, streamlining the buying process.
AI-Powered Shopping Tools Enhance the Experience
Amazon is placing a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence this year. The AI shopping assistant, Rufus, will help customers discover products, compare features, and receive personalized recommendations based on their needs. Additionally, Amazon Lens allows users to search for products simply by taking a photo. AI-generated review highlights and buying guides will summarize customer feedback and key information, making purchase decisions faster and easier.
