The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has officially released the revised seat allotment results for Round 2 of the NEET PG 2025 counselling process. This announcement applies to admissions into MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB programmes under the PGMAC procedure. Candidates who participated in this round can now check their allotment status on the official board website.
How to Check the Seat Allotment Result
The seat allotment list has been published in PDF format, containing essential details for each candidate, including roll number, merit rank, allocated course, and the assigned medical college. The allotment has been determined based on the choices filled by candidates, their NEET PG merit position, and the availability of seats across participating institutions.
Applicants are advised to visit the official BCECEB portal and locate the revised Round 2 allotment section. The PDF file can be downloaded and searched using the candidate's roll number or name to verify the allotment status.
Reporting Schedule and Admission Procedure
Candidates who have been allotted seats must report to their designated medical college within the specified timeframe. The reporting process will involve verification of all original documents and certificates. It is mandatory for candidates to carry both original documents and photocopies for the verification process.
The allotment letter can be downloaded until 29 December 2025. Following this, candidates are required to report to their allotted college on 28 and 29 December 2025 for document verification and completion of the admission formalities.
Essential Documents for Verification
During the reporting and verification process, candidates must present a comprehensive set of documents. The required paperwork includes:
- NEET PG 2025 admit card and score card
- Bihar NEET PG counselling seat allotment letter
- MBBS degree certificate or provisional certificate
- Internship completion certificate
- Permanent or provisional registration certificate from the medical council
Additional Certificates Required
Along with the above-mentioned documents, candidates must also carry several other important certificates. These include:
- Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
- Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport)
- Passport-sized photographs
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable
Candidates should ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and legible before arriving at the reporting centre. Any discrepancy or missing documentation may lead to delays or rejection of the admission. It is also important to note that the seat allotment is provisional and subject to successful verification of all submitted documents and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
For candidates who have been allotted seats, this is a crucial stage in the admission process. They are strongly advised to adhere to the reporting schedule and complete all formalities within the given timeline. Failure to report on time may result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
Candidates who have not been allotted seats in this round need not lose hope, as there may be subsequent rounds or stray vacancy counselling depending on the availability of seats after the completion of the current admission cycle. The board will release further notifications regarding any additional rounds or procedures on its official platform.
