Understanding the Next Steps

The first provisional allotment list includes candidates who have been assigned seats in either the five-year integrated undergraduate law programmes (BA LLB) or postgraduate law programmes (LLM). Seats have been allocated based on merit rank, preferences selected by candidates, and the availability of seats in each institution.

It is important to note that this allotment is provisional in nature. Seats may be subject to change during subsequent rounds of counselling. Candidates who have received an allotment must complete the admission formalities, which include filling out the admission form, submitting the necessary documents for verification, and paying the required fees within the stipulated timeframe.

For those candidates who did not secure a seat in their preferred National Law University, there remains an opportunity to participate in the upcoming rounds of counselling. By doing so, they can attempt to improve their allotment based on seat availability and the choices they have indicated. Candidates are advised to regularly monitor the official consortium website for updates regarding the counselling schedule and important deadlines.
