Key Guidelines for Applicants

The board has issued a set of important instructions that all applicants must follow to ensure their submissions are valid and processed without any issues.

  • New or fresh students are not permitted to appear for the June/July 2026 supplementary examinations.
  • Changes to subjects are not allowed after the main examination has concluded, unless explicitly permitted by the board’s regulations.
  • Marks obtained in internal assessment and practical exams during the main examination will be carried forward. In general, students will not be required to reappear for practical examinations.
  • Incomplete forms or applications submitted through incorrect procedures will be rejected outright.
  • For the final result, the better of the two scores (from the main exam and the supplementary exam) will be considered for the student’s final grade.
