ICAI Releases Admit Cards for CA Intermediate and Final Exams Scheduled in May 2026
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the admit cards for the CA Intermediate and Final examinations scheduled for May 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered for these exams can now download their hall tickets from the official e-services portal of the institute.
To access the admit card, candidates must log in using their registered credentials, including their user ID and password. It is essential to verify all the details mentioned on the hall ticket before appearing for the examination.
Important Details on the Admit Card
The admit card contains crucial information that candidates should review thoroughly. It is worth noting that the admit card for the CA Foundation examination has not been released yet. Candidates appearing for that exam will need to wait for a separate announcement from the institute.

ICAI has made changes to the originally announced dates for the CA Intermediate examinations. The revised schedule is as follows:
Group I Examinations
- Paper 1 – Advanced Accounting: May 5, 2026 (Tuesday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 2 – Corporate and Other Laws: May 7, 2026 (Thursday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 3 – Taxation (Income Tax + GST): May 9, 2026 (Saturday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Group II Examinations
- Paper 4 – Cost and Management Accounting: May 11, 2026 (Monday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 5 – Auditing and Ethics: May 13, 2026 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 6 – Financial Management and Strategic Management: May 15, 2026 (Friday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
These revised dates replace the earlier schedule, which had the Group I exams planned for May 3, 5, and 7, and Group II exams for May 9, 11, and 13.

- Paper 1 – Financial Reporting: May 2, 2026 (Saturday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

- Paper 3 – Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics: May 6, 2026 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Group II Examinations
- Paper 4 – Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation: May 8, 2026 (Friday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 5 – Indirect Tax Laws: May 10, 2026 (Sunday), 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Paper 6 – Integrated Business Solutions (Strategic Management): May 12, 2026 (Tuesday), 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Note that the final paper of Group II has a longer duration of four hours, while all other papers are three hours long.
