MPSOS Launches Ruk Jana Nahi 2026 Registration for Class 10 and 12 Students

The Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board has officially opened the registration window for the Ruk Jana Nahi (RJN) examination scheme for 2026. This initiative provides a valuable second opportunity for students who either failed or were absent from their Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. Eligible candidates can submit their applications until June 20, 2026, with the examinations scheduled to take place during the final week of June.

Who Can Apply for the RJN Scheme

The Ruk Jana Nahi program is designed to support students who did not achieve passing marks in their initial attempts. The following categories of students are eligible to register for this special examination cycle:

  • Students who appeared for the Class 10 or Class 12 board examinations conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education in 2026 but did not pass
  • Candidates who were absent from the 2026 board examinations
  • Students who failed the Second Chance examination held between April and May 2026
  • Any eligible student affiliated with the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education

Examination Details and Subject Requirements

Under this scheme, students are required to appear only for the subjects in which they previously failed. Marks obtained in subjects where the student has already passed will remain valid and carry forward. The examination will be conducted according to the current curriculum prescribed by the MP Board, ensuring that students are assessed on the most recent syllabus.

The upcoming examination is scheduled to be held online through MP Online kiosks across the state. This digital examination format ensures accessibility and convenience for students from various regions of Madhya Pradesh.

Second Opportunity in December 2026

Students who are unable to clear their examinations in the June 2026 cycle need not lose hope. The board has announced that another examination opportunity will be available in December 2026. This additional cycle allows students who did not succeed in the June session to reapply and work toward improving their results. This structured approach ensures that students have multiple chances to complete their secondary or higher secondary education without significant delays.

Step-by-Step Application Process

The application procedure has been designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. Students need to follow these steps to complete their registration:

  • Visit the official MPSOS or MP Online examination portal
  • Fill out the RJN examination 2026 application form with accurate personal details
  • Select the specific subjects for which they need to reappear
  • Upload all required supporting documents as specified in the guidelines
  • Pay the applicable examination fee through the online payment gateway
  • Submit the application and retain a printed copy for future reference

This initiative reflects the board’s commitment to ensuring that no student is left behind due to a single unsuccessful attempt. By providing flexible examination opportunities and a streamlined application process, the Madhya Pradesh State Open School Education Board continues to support educational advancement and academic success for all students in the state. The RJN scheme particularly benefits those who may have faced challenges during their initial examinations, offering them a clear pathway to achieve their academic goals and move forward with their educational or career aspirations.
