18th National Rozgar Mela: Over 61,000 Youths Receive Appointment Letters
The 18th edition of the nationwide Rozgar Mela marked another significant milestone in India’s employment drive, with more than 61,000 young individuals receiving official appointment letters for government positions. In Arunachal Pradesh, the distribution ceremony took place at the North East Frontier Headquarters of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), where 200 aspiring candidates were handed their appointment letters. Inspector General Amitabh Gupta presided over the ceremony, personally presenting the offer letters to the selected candidates. Among the recipients, 38 were women, reflecting the growing participation of female candidates in government sector employment.
