Actions Required After Seat Allotment
Successful candidates must complete the seat acceptance process by depositing the required fee within the stipulated deadline mentioned in their allotment letter. Those who choose to withdraw their seat during Round 1 or Round 2 are eligible for a partial refund, with a processing fee of ₹5,000 deducted from the total amount. Candidates from the General, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories will receive a refund of ₹55,000, while those from SC, ST, and PwD categories will receive ₹10,000. It is important to note that no refund will be provided for seats surrendered during Rounds 3, 4, or 5.
