UKPSC Releases Admit Cards for Combined State Civil Services Examination
The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Combined State Civil Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2025 and the UKPSC Main Examination 2026. Candidates who submitted their applications can now download their hall tickets from the official commission website. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 123 vacancies across various departments.
Complete Examination Schedule
The examinations are scheduled to take place over four days, with multiple papers planned for certain dates. Below is the detailed timetable for all candidates:
- 27 April 2026 (Monday): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — General Hindi (Paper Code 91)
- 28 April 2026 (Tuesday): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — General Studies-I: Indian Heritage, History, Geography & Society (Paper Code 93); 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM — Essay (Paper Code 92)
- 29 April 2026 (Wednesday): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — General Studies-II: Governance, Constitution, Polity & International Relations (Paper Code 94); 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM — General Studies-III: Technology, Economy, Environment & Security (Paper Code 95)
- 30 April 2026 (Thursday): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM — General Studies-IV: Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude (Paper Code 96); 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM — General Studies-V: Uttarakhand State Knowledge (Paper Code 97) and General Studies-VI: Uttarakhand State Knowledge (Paper Code 98)
Each paper carries a duration of three hours, with morning sessions commencing at 9:00 AM and afternoon sessions at 2:00 PM.
Facilities for Candidates with Disabilities
The commission has made specific arrangements for candidates with disabilities who face difficulty in writing. Such candidates are permitted to bring their own scribe or writer to assist them during the examination. The scribe must have at least a high school (Class 10) qualification. Importantly, a single scribe will be allowed for only one paper.
Additionally, eligible candidates will receive extra time of 20 minutes per hour during the examination to accommodate their needs.
Document Submission Requirements
Candidates wishing to avail the scribe facility must submit the necessary documentation to the commission office by 16 April 2026. The required documents include:
- A valid medical certificate
- Details of the scribe
- A recent photograph
- A copy of the Aadhaar card
It is important to note that documents sent via email will not be accepted under any circumstances. Candidates must ensure that all paperwork reaches the commission office well before the deadline, as late submissions will result in the denial of this facility.
All candidates are advised to download their admit cards at the earliest and verify that all details, including personal information and exam centre allocation, are correct. Any discrepancies should be reported to the commission immediately. Candidates are also reminded to carry a valid photo ID along with the admit card to the examination centre, as entry will not be permitted without proper verification.
